Delete your Skyline Travel account
You can request deletion of your Skyline Travel mobile-app account and associated personal data at any time.
How to submit a request
- Email privacy@skylinetravel.it from the email address registered to your account.
- Use the subject Skyline Travel account deletion and include your full name and registered email address.
- Do not send your password, passport, identity document, or payment details.
We may ask for limited additional information to verify that you own the account before processing the request.
What will be deleted
After verification, we will disable the account and delete or anonymize the account profile, preferences, device-notification registrations, and other personal data that we are not required to retain.
Data we may retain
Booking, transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained where required by applicable law. Contractual and fiscal records may be retained for up to 10 years. Retained data is restricted to those purposes and is deleted or anonymized when the applicable retention period ends.
We normally respond to privacy requests within 30 days.

- Non inviare password, passaporto, documento d'identità o dati di pagamento.
Dopo la verifica, disattiveremo l'account ed elimineremo o anonimizzeremo profilo, preferenze, registrazioni per le notifiche e gli altri dati che non siamo obbligati a conservare. I dati contrattuali e fiscali possono essere conservati fino a 10 anni quando previsto dalla legge. Normalmente rispondiamo alle richieste privacy entro 30 giorni.
