Services Provided
Skyline Travel operates as a travel agency providing the following services:
- Vol Réservation and reservations
- Hotel and accommodation Réservations
- Vacation package arrangements
- Travel consultation and advisory services
- Fidélité Récompenses program
- Client support and assistance
We act as an intermediary between you and travel service providers (airlines, hotels, car rental companies, etc.). The contractual relationship for the actual travel services is between you and the respective service provider.
User Compte and Registration
To access certain features of our services, you must Créer an Compte by providing accurate and complete Information. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of Votre Compte credentials
- All activities that occur under Votre Compte
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of Votre Compte
- Ensuring all Information provided is accurate and up-to-Date
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for extended periods.
Réservation and Reservations
Réservation Process
When you make a Réservation through our platform, you are making an offer to purchase travel services. Votre Réservation is not Confirmé until you receive a confirmation E-mail from us with Votre Réservation reference number.
Pricing and Paiement
- All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise stated
- Prices are Sujet to change until Réservation is Confirmé
- Paiement must be made in full at the Heure of Réservation unless otherwise agreed
- We accept major credit cards and Autre Paiement methods as specified
- Additional fees may Appliquer for certain Paiement methods
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring that all Passager Information (names, passport Détails, dates of birth, etc.) provided during Réservation is accurate and matches official travel documents. Errors may result in additional fees or inability to travel.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation Terms
Cancellation policies vary depending on the service provider (Compagnie aérienne, hotel, etc.) and fare type. Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the Heure of Réservation and in Votre confirmation E-mail.
Refunds
- Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of the service provider
- Non-refundable Réservations cannot be refunded under any circumstances
- Refunds may be Sujet to cancellation fees as specified by service providers
- Processing Heure for refunds typically takes 7-21 Affaires Jours
- Refunds will be issued to the original Paiement method
Changes and Modifications
Changes to existing Réservations are Sujet to availability and may incur change fees as determined by the service provider. Nom changes are generally not permitted and may require cancellation and rebooking.
Travel Documents and Requirements
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documents, including:
- Passports valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates
- Visas Requis for Votre Destination countries
- Health certificates and vaccination records as Requis
- Travel insurance (strongly recommended)
- Any Autre documents Requis by airlines or Destination countries
We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry to any Pays due to improper documentation.
Fidélité Program
Our Fidélité program allows Clients to earn Points and Récompenses. Key terms include:
- Points are awarded based on Réservations and activities as specified in the program terms
- Points have Non cash value and cannot be transferred or sold
- Points may expire according to the program's expiration policy
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Fidélité program at any Heure
- Adhésion tiers and benefits are Sujet to change
- Fraudulent Activité may result in point forfeiture and Compte termination
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We act solely as an intermediary and are not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party service providers
- We are not responsible for Vol delays, cancellations, lost baggage, or Autre disruptions caused by airlines or Autre providers
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Our Total liability shall not exceed the Montant paid by you for the specific Réservation in question
- We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events)
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any Autre liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, etc.)
- Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Pandemics or health emergencies
- Government actions or restrictions
- Strikes or labor disputes
- Technical failures or cyber attacks
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Skyline Travel or its licensors and is protected by Droits d'auteur, trademark, and Autre intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
- Use our trademarks or logos without authorization
